Cancelation policy
For cancelation of a booking, a refund of the deposit is only given under the following conditions:

• 0% cancelation fee:
- Full refund – When a cancelation of the booking has been made with a minimum of 30 days' notice (from the date of check-in) either by fax or email.

• 50% cancelation fee:
A 50% cancelation fee is charged if a cancelation of the reservation has been made within the period of 21 days to 30 days, from the date of check-in.

• 100% cancelation fee:
- No refund - when a cancelation of the reservation has been made within 20 days from the date of check-in.

• For pre-term departures, there is a cancellation fee equal to the 50% of the remaining rental period (Law 1652/86 Gov.Gaz.167A).

Description

Studios K are located in the center of Nikiti, 390 meters from the beach. They offer accommodation for 2-3 people with a spacious terrace and private parking.

Accommodation

Two studios are available - studio K1, which can accommodate 2 adults and 1 child, and studio K2, intended for 2 people.

The space is very charming and decorated with attention to every detail. The studio K1 contains a double bed and a single bed (the single bed is elevated and reachable by a small ladder), while studio K2 features only a double bed.

The kitchenette contains a small dining table, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a microwave, and necessary kitchen utensils and dishes. The private bathroom has a shower cabin.

The accommodation is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, Smart TV with a Netflix account, and mosquito nets. A baby cot and an iron are available on request.

Each studio also has a large terrace with comfortable seating. An individual parking space is also provided for guests.

Predivno iskustvo. Letovali smo 2025. Lokacija odlicna-blizu prodavnica i setalista, sve vise nego cisto,uredno,vlasnici sjajni ljudi,srdacni,pricaju srpski sto je velika prednost. Nema greske aposlutno

Studio K2 je preslatko sredjen mali studio sa svim potrebnim stvarima za kvalitetan boravak. Vlasnici su prijatni divni ljudi spremni na kompromis i uvek da pomognu. Odlicno govore srpski jezik. U kuci gde su studiji za izdavanje zive i vlasnici sa kucom. Od srca preporuka za ove domacine i njihov studio K2.

Najbolje iskustvo sa smeštajem ikada. Divna porodica, na raspolaganju za sve što je potrebno, a ni ne osetite da žive iznad. Pričaju srpski, što itekako znači. Zaista ne postoji ni jedna negativna stvar vezana za smeštaj i njih kao vlasnike. Svaki 3. dan se čisti i menja posteljina, besprekorno čisto i uredno. Pozdrav za kucu Oliviu

Sve pohvale za smestaj. Studio K1 je do detalja opremljen,osećaj je kao kod svoje kuce,sve je novo,čisto i sve mirise,ljubazni i predusretljivi vlasnici Maria i Dimitris zasluzuju 10 ku.Da ne zaboravim da ugodjaj upotpunjuje i njihov pas u dvoristu Olivia, jedno divno stvorenje koje treba upoznati 😄. Dimitris i Marija su uvek tu sta god da Vam treba,jako su dobri domacini. Mali apartman ali jako funkcionalan,blizu centra,prodavnica,setalista,plaze i svega sto moze da Vam zatreba. U sklopu apartmana je i jako lepa terasa. Domacini govore srpski tako da cete se jos vise osetiti kao kod kuce. Od srca preporucujem za odmor sa porodicom! Sigurno se ponovo vracam!
