Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Studios Ioulia was built in 2013 and consists of five studios and one apartments. Studios (28m2-38m2) are located on the ground floor and offer street view, while the apartment (70m2) is on the first floor and has street and garden view.

Studio No.1 and Studio No.2 have a double bed. Baby cot can be added upon request.

Studio No.3, Studio No.4 and Studio No.5 have one double bed and a single bed. Extra bed can be added on request.

Apartment includes two bedrooms (each with double bed), equipped kitchen, three air conditionings. Two extra beds can be added on request.
