• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus the administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Studios Herih is a recently renovated accommodation located in Chrissi Ammoudia (Golden Beach), only 100 meters away from the beach, overlooking the endless blue and shallow waters.

The center of Skala Potamia (port) is about 1200 meters with many shops. The center of the Golden Beach is also 1200 meters away.

Ideally positioned between Skala Potamias and Golden Beach, the studios offer easy access to both beaches. On the ground floor of the building there is a market.

Accommodation

Studios Herih features fully-furnished double (18m²), triple (20m²) and quadruple studios(22-23m²). There are 18 rooms in total that are located in the semi-basement, high ground floor or first floor. Some of the rooms offer sea view and others offer mountain view. Every room features spacious balconies for your relaxing moments.

In the semi-basement there are 4 studios (no.13, 14, 15, 16). They face either street or backside of the building.

Quadruple studio no.13 has one double bed and bunk bed.
Triple studio no.14 has 3 single beds.
Double studio no.15 has 2 single beds.
Triple studio no.16 has one double and one single bed.

On the high ground floor there are 7 studios (no.1 to 7), but only studios no.2 & no.3 are available for rent.

Quadruple studio no.2 has 4 single beds and partial sea view.
Triple studio no.3 contains one double and one single bed and overlooks the mountain.

On the first floor there are 7 studios (no.8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 17, 18).

Triple studio no.8 has a double bed and a sofa bed, as well as a sea view.
Double studio no.9 has 2 single beds and overlooks the sea.
Triple studio no.10 consists of one double bed and one single bed and has a sea view.
Studios no.11 & no.17 have a mountain view and one double and one single bed each.
Double studio no.12 has 2 single beds and both a mountain and a side sea view.
Triple studio no.18 isn't available.

Studios no.9, 11, 12 & 15 can take an extra bed for a child up to 12 years old.

All units have a kitchenette with two hobs, bathroom with shower, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi internet, hairdryer. Mosquito nets only exist in studio no.3.

Parking space and free Wi-Fi are provided to all the guests. At our studios you can also enjoy barbecue facilities while relaxing at our sitting area.

Cleaning service is on a daily basis, change of towels every 2 days, change of sheets every 4 days.
