Description

The Studios Fraxi accommodation is located on the east coast of Lefkada island, in the popular coastal village of Nikiana. It is situated 10 km from Lefkada town, 7 km from the village of Nidri and it is just a 5-minute walk from the beach (120 m).

Accommodation

The accommodation consists of studios which can host 2 or 3 people. All the studios have cooking facilities including a refrigerator and 2 hotplates, TV, air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, a balcony or terrace and parking space.

Upon your arrival, you will encounter a quiet and friendly environment away from the noise of the city and you will enjoy the warm hospitality offered by the owners of Studios Fraxi.

Proveli smo deo odmora u ovom smeštaju. Jako smo zadovoljni, pre svega čistoćom, domaćini ljubazni i nenametljivi, kao poklon dobrodošlice dobili uzo i domaće maslinovo ulje (koje je odlično). Prostrana terasa i pogled na more, soba broj 2. Plaža blizu smeštaja je super kad hoćete da iskulirate ili vas mrzi da idete dalje. Rado bih opet boravila kod ovih srdačnih domaćina :purple_heart:

Proveli smo predivnih 10 dana u studiu Fraxi krajem jula ove godine (2019). Smeštaj je mali, ali funkcionalan i adekvatno opremljen. Čistoća je za 10-tku! Imali smo veliku terasu sa prelepim pogledom na more i direktnim izlazom na dvorišni prostor sa drvećem maslina i limunova. Prava pitoma sredina. Domaćini su divni ljudi, izuzetno gostoljubivi. Komunikacija sa njima se odvijala na engleskom jeziku. Klima je jako prijatna. Tokom dana, temperatura se kretala oko 30 stepeni, a uveče ne više od 24 stepena. Komarci su se sporadično pojavljivali. Plaža je jako blizu, na svega 100-nak metara udaljenosti. Nije prostrana, ali ima prirodnog hlada i 2 mala doka za skokove u vodu (pogodno za dečicu). Na plaži i u vodi je većinom sitan šljunak, ali ima i peščanih staza za "lak" ulazak. Dubina počinje nakon 10-tak koraka, a nema velikih talasa karakterističnih za veće plaže na ostrvu. Nikiana je malo, mirno i lepo uređeno mesto. Nema veliku ugostiteljsku ponudu, a ima par većih supermarketa. Ona je dobro polazište za odlazak do svih plaža koje vredi videti na Lefkadi (Kathsizma, Milos, Desimi, Agiofili, Porto Katsiki ...). Iako postoji organizovan prevoz lepim modernim autobusima, preporuka je imati sopstveno vozilo. Jedino što mi je smetalo je magistrala koja prolazi kroz mesto i pored samog smeštaja, ali nije bilo buke. Nezaboravno prijatan i vrlo aktivan odmor, koji ćemo zasigurno ponoviti, a svakako rezervisati smeštaj u Studiu Fraxi.

Bili smo prosle godine jun-jul . Imam samo reci hvale ...cisto,sve funkcionalno,mirno,domacini cista 10 ! Kada budem isao opet na lefkadu ,idem sigurno kod njih !

Bili smo u Avgustu prosle godine sa bebom od godinu dana,malo je reci da smo odusevljeni. Mirno,tiho,bez buke i guzve.Apartmani odlicni, posteljina se menja svaki treci dan, domacini preljubazni, bas vode racuna o gostima. Sve u svemu odlicno. Uvek bih se vratila tamo. Sve pohvale...
