• Deposit of 50% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Studios Efi is a complex located right next to the beach in Kala Nera on the Pelion Peninsula, one of the most beautiful areas of Greece.It offers apartments for up to 6 people and a beautifully landscaped garden with a sea view.

Accommodation

Two types of units are available:

Split-Level Apartment (Maisonette)

• For 2-4 people, 50m²
• Lower level:
- kitchen with a dining room, refrigerator, small oven with two burners, kitchenware
- a bathroom with a shower
- two single bed
• Upper level - a bedroom with a double bed
• Terrace with a sea view

Family Apartment

• For 4-6 people, 75m²
•Two bedrooms - one double bed and one single bed in each
• Bathroom with a shower
• Kitchen -large stove with an oven, refrigerator, kettle, and kitchenware
• Patio with a view of the garden

All units are air-conditioned and equipped with Wi-Fi internet and television. Bed linen & towels are provided and replaced every 3 days.

The property is surrounded by a lovely, landscaped garden with a sun terrace, greenery, flowers, benches, and seating areas. It offers a nice view of the sea, which is only a few meters away. Free public parking is available, and pets are welcome.

The beautiful town of Volos is only 20 kilometers away, and the surroundings are ideal for riding bicycles that can be rented on the spot, fishing, horse riding, and hiking.
