Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure,100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Studios Diogenis are built just 50m from the sea in a small fisherman town in southeastern Sithonia - Porto Koufo, with the biggest natural harbor in Greece and rich history. In the place that combines the green of the mountain and the deep blue of the crystal clear sea, you will find Studios Diogenis that can be a great choice for families with children.

Accommodation

It consists of 6 studios with view to the port of Porto Koufo and the beautiful green of the forest and mountains. All of them are fully equipped and can easily accommodate up to 4 persons.

Studios either have a sea view or a garden view. Some of them have double bed and 2 single beds, while the others have double bed and one sofa that can be unfolded. Each unit is air-conditioned and has mosquito nets. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, an induction hob and kitchenware.

In the garden area, there is a playground for children and a barbecue. There is also a parking.

Cleaning and replacement of towels are done every 2 days. Bed linens are replaced every 4 days.
