Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

The modern complex Studios ANNIO is located near the Nikiti tourist center, 100 meters from the sandy beach. It is surrounded by a beautiful garden with lawn, flowers, trees, a barbecue area, and private parking. In the immediate vicinity, there are supermarkets, bakeries, tavernas, bars, shops, etc.

Poštovani, postoji li slobodan smeštaj u ovom apartmanu za 3 odrasle osobe i 1 dete(potreban krevetac) u periodu od 2.09. -12.09., ili 3.09. - 13.09.? Ako ima koja bi bila cena? Hvala unapred, lep pozdrav.

Najdivnija gazdarica! Αννα Μιχαλουδη higijena - besprekorna! Potpuno opremeljeni apartmani,terase komforne, posteljina cista, wi fi odlican, parking mesto unutar dvorista obezbedjeno, letnjikovac sa rostiljem i svom opremom na raspolaganju! Na 5 min hoda od gradske plaze i setalista, ali opet daleko od buke i guzve! Bez i jedne mane! A da, klima uracunata u cenu, komarnici na prozorima! Posebno preporucujemo za porodice sa decom / imaju prenosivi krevetic, kolica... zaista sve preporuke! ☺️
