Description

Studios Anna Toroni is a complex located 200 meters from the beach, in Toroni, on the Sithonia peninsula. It offers 2-5 people studios, a spacious garden with an outdoor dining area, a barbecue, and private parking.

Accommodation

The building consists of:

• 1 double-bed studio (15m²)

• 6 studios for 2-3 people (15m²) - They have one room with a narrower double bed, a single bed, and a kitchen. One unit is on the ground floor, and the others are distributed across the first and second floors.

• 3 four-bed studios (17m²) - They have a kitchen, a narrow double bed, and a bunk bed. They are located on the first and second floors, and one unit has two terraces.

• 1 four-bed studio apartment (30m²) - The unit consists of a double bed in the kitchen area and two single beds in a separate space. There is a sofa bed that can accommodate a fifth person.

All units are air-conditioned and equipped with Wi-Fi internet and TVs. They have private bathrooms with showers, covered terraces, and kitchens with two hotplates and a small fridge. Bed linen and towels are provided and replaced halfway through the stay.

The use of the washing machine and the bringing of pets can be arranged with the owners.

The property is located in a spacious yard with a barbecue, a covered area for sitting and dining, and plenty of parking space.

The location is quiet and ideal for relaxation, while the beach, promenade, markets, restaurants, and other amenities are only 200 meters away. The archeological site of Toroni is located nearby.
