Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

The house is located about 400-500m from the central intersection, and about 500-600m from the city beach, in Potos, on the beautiful island of Thassos. It's in a quiet area, surrounded mostly by private houses. Mavrogiannis Anastasios Studios is recommended to families who'd like to stay a bit off the center, crowd and traffic, yet close enough to reach all the contents within a 5-minute walk.

From the main intersection turn left into the street leading to Theologos, then into the first street to the left and then into the third to the right. About 30m later you will see Mavrogiannis Anastasios Studios on the left.

Upon your arrival in Potos, it's best to come to the agency and get the instructions on how to get to the house.

Accommodation

This is a renovated accommodation with four studios on the first floor and a garage on the ground floor.

The studios are comfortable (20m2), they have spacious bathrooms and a bit narrower terraces. They contain one double and a single bed or three single beds. If necessary, in some of the studios an extra bed can be added.

They are equipped with new furniture, nothing luxurious, just decent and neat. Two studios have a view of the street, and the other two to the courtyard and surrounding houses. The studios are air-conditioned, have a TV and an equipped kitchen with a medium-sized fridge.

Guests have access to a portable barbecue and private parking space.

Predivni domaćini ,smeštaj uredan ,čist,sadrži sve što je potrebno za boravak.Do gradske plaže 10-ak minuta hoda.Sigurno ćemo ponovo doći u studio Anastasios.

Смештај чист, леп, људи љубазни, фини, таман на удаљености од плаже да није далеко а да нема гужве ни галаме, нарочито ујутру, што нама који одспавамо дуже јако значи. Близу продавнице, рибарница, маркети, ресторани, све, свака препорука за супер одмор!!!!
