• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In case of an earlier departure, 100% of the remaining days will be charged.

Description

Studio Giannis is located on the Sithonia peninsula in Toroni, Chalkidiki. They were built in 2014 and are in front of the sea, first in the waves. The area harmoniously combines mountain and sea, giving the visitor the opportunity to experience the blue waters, the sun and the green Greek landscape.

Accommodation

Studios have a double bed and a sofa bed that becomes a single bed when opened. All studios are modernly decorated and new, quite spacious and their surface is about 30m2.

They have a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator and a freezer compartment, two ovens, bathroom with a shower cabin, internet, TV, air conditioner.

Cleaning is done daily, and bed linen and towels are changed every 3 days.

There is also a garden and barbecue.
