• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Stone House Andromeda is located in Psakoudia, on the beautifull peninsula of Sithonia, very close to the sea, 5 minutes walk, and close to 2 large supermarkets. It can accommodate 10 to 12 persons.

The airport is 80 km and the general hospital Polygyros just 12 km.

Accommodation

Andromeda house is two storeys. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a full bathroom. In one room there is a large double bed, a sofa and a large wardrobe. In room 2 there is a large double bed and a wardrobe. Upstairs there is a third room with double bed, a large lounge, fully equipped kitchen and a second bathroom with shower.

A staircase from there leads to a loft where there is a very large layer. Before the large terrace of the house (30 sq) is an atrium with glass where there are two single beds and a piano.

On the terrace there is a wooden outdoor lounge and views of the sea is breathtaking. In the garden of the house, before you go up to the first floor,
there are many wonderful trees and a built-in barbecue. It has air conditioning on both floors and is fully equipped.
