Cancelation policy
• If a
reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the
deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most
cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description
Stone And Sea Villas is located in the vicinity of Nidri, on the island of Lefkada. The beach is 2.5 km away. The building consists of a maisonette on two levels, accommodating up to 5 people.
Accommodation
Maisonettes on the first level and on the ground floor have a living room with a sofa suitable for one person. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, microwave and toaster. On the first floor there is also a bathroom and one bedroom. While on the second level there is another bedroom. One is equipped with a double bed, and the other with two joined single beds.
Guests have access to TV, Wi-Fi internet, air conditioning, hair dryer, washing machine and safe.
The terrace is equipped with outdoor furniture.
Within the courtyard there is a pool where guests can enjoy.
A parking space is provided for guests.
Pets are not allowed.
Cleaning, bed linen and towels are changed on the third day of stay.
