Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled more than 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Stilos Ioannis Apartments is located in Skotina Beach, in the Pieria area. The complex offers accommodation for 4-6 people with a garden and private parking. It features two houses - one is set 400 meters, and the other 350 meters from the beach.

Accommodation

A total of 13 accommodation units are distributed in two houses.

House 1

In the first building there are 4 quadruple studios. Each unit has two double beds, a kitchen, and a private bathroom with a shower.

House 2

The second building consists of:
• Seven quadruple studios - each with two double beds, kitchen, and private bathroom with shower.
• One triple studio - has a double and a single bed, kitchen, and private bathroom with shower.
• One apartment for 6 people - contains two bedrooms (each with a double and a single bed), a kitchen, and a private bathroom with a shower.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet and television. Kitchens include a large fridge with a freezer, a mini stove with an oven and 3 burners, a kettle, and dishes.

A terrace with a table and chairs is also available to the guests of each unit.

The complex covers about 6 acres and includes a beautifully landscaped garden with a summerhouse, a barbecue, a children's playground, and free private parking. A path sheltered from the sun by treetops leads to the beach.
