Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus the administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of an early departure, 100% of the remaining days will be charged.

Stellina’s House has 5 accommodation units located on the ground floor, one four-bed studio, two four-bed apartments, one five-bed, and one six-bed apartment.

The four-bed studio has one double and two single beds, two four-bed apartments have two single beds in the living room with kitchen and a double bed in the bedroom. The five-bed apartment has three single beds in the living room with kitchen, and a double bed in the bedroom. The six-bed apartment has a single bed and bunk beds in the living room with kitchen, and a single and a double bed in the bedroom.

All units have air conditioning, a dishwasher, a toaster, a coffee machine, a walk-in shower, a hair dryer, and a wardrobe. Units come with a kettle and a private bathroom with free toiletries, while apartments also feature a fully equipped kitchen fitted with an oven. At the apartment complex, each unit is fitted with bed linen and towels.

The units have air conditioning, TV, internet, and mosquito nets. In the yard, there is a common washing machine available to guests. The owners can also provide a cot for babies. Studio and apartments have private verandas on the ground floor with tables and chairs, and all units have sea and courtyard views. Cleaning, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every three days.

The accommodation has a large, fenced, grassy yard where private parking and a shared barbecue are available to guests. The owners have provided a mini playground for the children.
