• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Stella's Beach House is part of an accommodation complex in Nikiti, Sithonia, which is separated from the beach only by a street. The house itself is about 50 meters from the beach. The complex is located on the promenade, near all the necessary tourist facilities. The house has two levels and can accommodate three adults and two children.

Accommodation

The maisonette is spacious, nicely decorated, and excellently equipped. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a sofa bed, a toilet, and a kitchen. The kitchen includes a stove with an oven, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster, and a coffee machine.

There are two bedrooms on the first floor - one with a double bed, and the other with bunk beds. There is also a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.

On the ground floor is a porch with an outdoor area for sitting and dining, while the first floor features a terrace with a side sea view.

The maisonette is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, bed linen, towels, and cleaning products.

Parking is possible on the street in front of the accommodation.
