Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is cancelled up to 60 days before the date of the arrival, the deposit will be refunded to the guest (minus 30€ for administrative costs).
• If a reservation is cancelled later or in case of a no-show, the owner of the facility has the right to keep the entire deposit fee, and it will not be returned to the guest.
• In case of leaving the accommodation before the departure date, 100% of the remaining days will be charged.

Description

Stella Pool Apartment Kallithea is located in Kallithea, on the Kassandra peninsula, 650 meters from the beach. The apartment has two bedrooms and can accommodate up to 7 guests (5 adults and 2 children). It is situated in a complex that includes a swimming pool, a garden, and a children’s playground.

Accommodation

The apartment is located on the second floor. One bedroom features a double bed, the second bedroom has two single beds, while the living room includes two sofas, with the possibility of adding one extra bed (upon request). The living room is air-conditioned and equipped with a TV.

The apartment also features a kitchen with a stove, oven, large refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave, as well as a private bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. Guests also have access to a terrace furnished with outdoor seating.

The accommodation is covered by Wi-Fi internet. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Guests have access to a garden with a shared swimming pool, sun loungers, umbrellas, a barbecue (upon request), a children’s playground, and outdoor seating areas. Parking is available on the street in front of the accommodation, and a free public parking area is located nearby (100 meters away).
