• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In a case of no.show, 50% of the total price will be charged.

Description

Stella Apartment is located 800 meters from the beach in Nikiti, on the Sithonia peninsula. Set on the ground floor, it is suitable for 4 adults and 2 children.

Accommodation

The apartment has two bedrooms - one with a double bed, and the other with two single beds. There is a sofa bed in the living room.

The kitchen includes a large fridge with a freezer, a stove with an oven, a toaster, a coffee maker, and a kettle. The private bathroom has a shower and a hairdryer.

The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning in all three rooms, free Wi-Fi internet, television, and mosquito nets.

Cleaning is not performed during the stay, while bed linen and towels are replaced every 5-7 days, depending on the length of the stay.

Guests have at their disposal a seating area in front of the apartment, as well as a guaranteed parking place.
