• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Stefanie’s Rooms is located in a quiet area of Asprovalta, just about 80 km from Thessaloniki. Asprovalta Beach is located just 400m from the property, Seres 75 km and Ouranopolis 65 km.

Accommodation

The property offers a large courtyard where you can enjoy barbecue. There are three apartments on the ground floor for 3 to 4 people. Each apartment has an equipped kitchen with a fridge, stove, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. And while each bathroom has a shower. The property has parking, TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. A baby cot and a feeding chair are available upon request.

Room cleaning and changing of towels and bed linen is done every 3-4 days (depending of the length of the stay).
