Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Located in Asprovalta, 200 m from Asprovalta Beach and 800 m from Nea Vrasna Beach, Stefanie’s Rooms 2 offers a garden and air conditioning. Guests benefit from a balcony and a barbecue.

Accommodation

The holiday home is equipped with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a patio with city views. A baby cot and a feeding chair are available upon request.

Room cleaning and changing of towels and bed linen is done every 3-4 days (depending of the length of the stay).

The holiday home offers a terrace. A bicycle rental service is also available.

Paralia Vrasna is 2.7 km from the accommodation. The nearest airport is Thessaloniki Airport, 98 km from stefanies.rooms&apartment.
