• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Stavros Compass Studios, located in the first row to the beach and only 450m from the center, offers one of the best locations in Sarti, Sithonia. It features modern units for 2-4 people and a lovely view of the sea and the beach.

Accommodation

Stavros Compass Studios were built in 2019 and include 4 accommodation units. All are set on the second floor.

• South Deluxe Studio - Studio for two people with a double bed and a side sea view.
• North Deluxe Studio - Studio for three people with a double bed and a sofa, as well as a direct sea view.
• West Deluxe Studio - Studio for four people with a double and a single bed, with the possibility of adding a fourth extra bed. It offers a direct sea view.
• East Deluxe Apartment - Apartment for four people with a direct sea view. It has a bedroom with a double bed, while in the room with the kitchen is a sofa with a drawer bed.

All units are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, and mosquito nets. Each has a private bathroom with a shower and a kitchen that includes an induction hob, a toaster, an electric kettle, a coffee maker, and a fridge (North and West have large fridges with freezers, while South and East have small fridges with freezer departments). Rooms are cleaned and towels and bed linen are changed every 3-4 days.

Guests have at their disposal spacious furnished terraces overlooking the sea.

The complex does not have private parking, but guests can use the public parking lot, which is only one street away from the accommodation. With the agreement with the owners, it is possible to bring pets.
