Stathis Apartments

The complex Stathis Apartments is situated at the edge of the village of Agios Nikitas on the island of Lefkada, just 400 m away from the village beach. It is surrounded by trees and overlooking the Ionian Sea. Also, within 2 km you will find one of the most famous beaches called Kathisma. and the town of Lefkada is just 10 km away. In the village, you will find supermarkets, a doctor, restaurants, and small shops.

Accommodation

The apartment complex consists of 2 apartments housing up to 4 people on the first floor and 4 studios housing 2 people on the ground floor.

Apartment

The apartment (60 m²) include a bedroom with a double bed and a television, a living room with 2 double sofa-beds, kitchen table, cooker and appliances, fridge freezer, bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, television with satellite dish, DVD, air conditioning, CD player, Wi-Fi, iron, ironing board, hairdryer and 2 balconies. It is suitable for 4 adults or 2 adults and 3 children.

Each apartment is supplied with:

• 100gr filter coffee & 100gr Greek coffee
• 10 x 2gr packets of Nescafe
• 10 bags of tea & 10 bags of camomile tea
• Sugar, Salt
• Vinegar
• Bottle of water (1,5L)
• 200gr virgin olive oil (our own production)
• Bowl of olives (our own production)
• Dishwasher liquid, Washing machine tablets, Sponges
• Dishwasher towels
• Hand soap

Studio

The studios (25 m²) are on the ground floor and include a double bed or 2 single beds, kitchen table, air conditioning, television, fridge freezer, kitchen with appliances, bathroom, iron, ironing board, and hairdryer. Each studio has its own space outside with a table and chairs with mountain and sea view.

Each studio is supplied with:

• 100gr Greek coffee
• 10 x 2gr packets of Nescafe
• 10 bags of tea & 10 bags of camomile tea
• Sugar, Salt
• Vinegar
• Bottle of water (1,5L)
• 200gr virgin olive oil (our own production)
• Bowl of olives (our own production)
• Dishwasher liquid, Sponges
• Dishwasher towels
• Hand soap

Room cleaning and changing of bed linens and towels are done every three days.

Private parking is provided only for guests who stay in apartments. There is no parking available for guests from studios.
