Description

Stasi Apartment Nikiti is a ground-floor apartment located in the village of Nikiti, on the Sithonia peninsula. It features a modern interior and can accommodate up to 7 guests (6 adults and 1 child). The apartment is situated 530 meters from the beach.

Accommodation

The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a terrace.

The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, including an oven, ceramic cooktop, combined refrigerator, toaster, and filter coffee machine. It is connected to the living room, which features a sofa bed suitable for two guests, an air-conditioning unit, and a television. There is also the possibility of adding one extra bed in the living room (upon request). From the living room, there is access to a terrace furnished with outdoor furniture suitable for dining. A barbecue is available upon request and at an additional charge.

The bedrooms feature double beds, air conditioning units, and wardrobes. The bathroom includes a shower cabin, a toilet, and a washbasin. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine.

An extra bed for a seventh guest can be added upon prior request.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned and features a TV and free Wi-Fi internet.

Two private parking spaces are available to guests.

Bed linen and towels are provided. Small pets are welcome upon request and with an additional charge.
