Description

Stagkonis House 2 is located near Ormos Panagias, on the Sithonia peninsula, 1.3 kilometers from Livrohio Beach. The maisonette can accommodate six people and shares a spacious yard with a barbecue and parking with Stagkonis House 1. It is recommended for families with children and anyone who likes a quiet environment and privacy.

The closest supermarket is 550 meters away.

Accommodation

The maisonette consists of two levels. The ground floor contains a kitchen (fridge, stove, oven, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine), a dining area, and a living room with a corner sofa bed. There is also a private bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.

Upstairs, on the gallery, are two bedrooms - one with a double and the other with two single beds. The rooms have access to a terrace with garden and mountain views.

The house is equipped with two air-conditioners, free Wi-Fi internet, two TVs, and mosquito nets. Guests are responsible for maintaining the hygiene of the accommodation. Halfway through the stay, new sets of towels and bed linens are provided for the guests to change them.

In front of the house is a terrace with an outdoor dining area. Guests have access to a yard with a children's playground, brick barbecue, outdoor furniture, and private parking. Pets are welcome.
