Description

Stagkonis House 1 is located near Ormos Panagias, on the Sithonia peninsula, 1.3 kilometers from Livrohio Beach. The house can accommodate six people and offers a spacious yard with a barbecue and parking. It is recommended for families with children and anyone who likes a quiet environment and privacy.

Accommodation

The house contains two bedrooms - one with a double and the other with two single beds. The living room features a sofa bed for two people.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, a stove, an oven, a toaster, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, kitchenware, and a dining area. There is also a private bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.

The house is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, a TV in every room, and mosquito nets. Bed linen and towels are changed halfway through the stay, and guests are responsible for maintaining the hygiene of the accommodation. Cleaning supplies are provided.

In front of the house is a spacious terrace with an outdoor dining area. Guests have access to a yard with a children's playground, brick barbecue, outdoor furniture, and private parking. Pets are welcome.
