Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 60 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus the administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Accommodation
All accommodation units (House N1, House N2, House N3, House N4, House N5) have the same layout and equipment.
On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed.
On the first floor, there is a living room, a kitchen, a terrace, and a bathroom. The living room features a flat-screen TV and a sofa. The kitchen is very well equipped and includes an oven, stove, large refrigerator, as well as a washing machine and a dishwasher. From this area, there is access to a terrace with a table and chairs, suitable for outdoor dining. The bathroom is standardly equipped and includes a shower cabin, a washbasin, and a WC.
On the second floor, there is another standardly equipped bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed.
The property has a private yard where a barbecue is available upon request. Parking is provided, as well as bed linen and towels. Guests also have access to an iron and ironing board. The entire complex is covered with free wireless internet. Small pets are welcome upon request and with an additional charge.
