Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is cancelled up to 60 days before the date of the arrival, the deposit will be refunded to the guest (minus 30€ for administrative costs).
• If a reservation is cancelled later or in case of a no-show, the owner of the facility has the right to keep the entire deposit fee, and it will not be returned to the guest.
• In case of leaving the accommodation before the departure date, 100% of the remaining days will be charged.

Description

Spartacus House is located on the Kassandra peninsula, in Loutra, 900 meters from the beach. The house has three bedrooms and can host up to 6 adults and 1 child.

Accommodation

The house has two levels. On the ground floor is a living room with a corner sofa, a dining area, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, an oven, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a kettle, and a toaster.

Upstairs are three bedrooms - two with double beds and the third with two single beds. There is also a terrace with a sea view.

The house is air-conditioned and equipped with a television and free Wi-Fi internet.

In front of the house is a paved porch with a covered outdoor seating and dining area, as well as a yard with a barbecue. Guests can park their cars on the street in front of the accommodation.
