Description

Sotiris Luxury Villas is located in Limenaria on the island of Thassos, approximately 1.7 km from the beach. The complex offers guests access to a private swimming pool and consists of eight accommodation units designed in the same way. Each villa has an identical layout and the same level of equipment, and is suitable for up to 6 persons.

Accommodation

Each villa is arranged over three levels and has a private entrance. The space includes a living room with kitchen and dining area, a sleeping area, a bathroom, and terraces. Each floor has access to a terrace equipped with a table and chairs, overlooking the courtyard of the complex and providing a comfortable outdoor space for relaxation.

The living room is furnished with a seating area and a sofa bed that can be used as an additional sleeping option for two persons. Within the same space, there is a dining table with chairs and a TV with satellite channels. The sleeping area includes a double bed, and the layout allows accommodation for up to 6 persons in total.

The kitchen is compact but functional and suitable for preparing meals during the stay. It includes the basic equipment and utensils needed for everyday use. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, standard sanitary elements, and towels.

Guests have access to a BBQ area within the courtyard. The property provides free Wi-Fi internet, as well as private parking.

The accommodation is cleaned daily, while towels and bed linen are changed every three days.
