• The above prices are in euros per room/per night.
• These are the official prices of the property owner.
• Note: The tourist tax (2 € per day/room) is not included in regular prices.
• A deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid on the first day upon arrival.

Minimum stay
• 4 nights in the period 08/04-13/04;
• 5 nights in the periods 14/04 - 13/07; 29/08-31/10
• 7 nights in the period 14/07 - 28/08.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus the administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Sonia Villa is an accommodation in the center of Potos, on the island of Thassos. The nearest beach is at the distance of 400m. The apartments can accommodate up to 4 persons.

Accommodation

There are 4 available apartments located either on the ground floor or the first floor.

On each floor there are duplex apartments (2 in total, 35m2) that consist of 2 separate bedrooms with a double bed, 2 bathrooms (one with a bathtub) and a kitchen with a dining area. Both bedrooms have its own air conditioning, but only one bedroom has a TV. There is also a terrace. The duplex apartments can accommodate up to 4 people.

There are 3 smaller apartments (30m2) that have one bedroom with a double bed, 1 bathroom, a kitchen area with a double bed. One apartment is on the first floor and two of them are on the ground floor.

All apartments are fitted with an air-conditioner, a TV, an equipped kitchen, a terrace and mosquito nets.

Cleaning and replacement of towels and bed linen is done every 3rd day.

There is a private parking, a barbacue and the outdoor furniture in the yard.
