Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 45 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of non show or early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Soleado Luxury Villas is located 600 meters from the beach, in Fourka, on the peninsula of Kassandra.
Offers a complex of spacious fully equipped villas, lush garden and swimming pool.
Accommodation
Soleado Luxury Villas consists of eight villas with private pool and garden each and one four level maisonette located on the beach.Villas can be with two or three bedrooms.
Villas with two bedrooms are maisonettes on two levels and can accommodate up to 4 adults and 1 child. On the lower levels there is a living room with a double bed, bedroom with a double bed, kitchen and bathroom, while on the upper floor there is a bedroom with one single sofa bed and bathroom. These villas have their own private pool and terrave with sea view.
Villa with three bedrooms are maisonettes and can accommodate up to 6 adults and 2 children. On the lower levels there is a living room, bedroom with a double bed, kitchen and bathroom, while on the upper floor there are two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other can have or a double bed or double sofa bed) and a bathroom. There is one villa that has one very big bedroom separated into two rooms: one has a double bed and the other a double bed with hydromassage shower cabin. These villas have their own pool and terrace with sea view, and the villa with big bedroom has and its own BBQ.
Maisonette on four levelsis located on the beach and can accommodate up to 8 adults and 2 children. On the lowest level in the basement there is a room with two single beds, playroom and a bathroom. On the ground floor there is a living room with dining space and kitchen and has two terraces (one in the frontal part with sea view and the other on the back side with mountain view). On the first floor there is a room with a double bed and a double sofa bed and bathroom. On the 2nd floor there are two bedrooms with a double bed each, one bathroom and two terraces with nice view.
