Description
Sol Pedra Villa is located in Skala Maries on the island of Thassos, about 220 meters from the beach. The villa is situated on a gentle hill, offering an open view of the sea and surroundings. Guests at this villa can also enjoy a private swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, located in a fenced courtyard within the property.
Accommodation
The property features a total of five separate accommodation units, which can be rented individually or as a whole. When renting the entire villa, the maximum capacity is up to 18 people (ten adults and eight children). All rooms are air-conditioned and include a private bathroom, a terrace, Wi-Fi access, and a small refrigerator.Rooms are spread across the ground floor and the first floor, differing in capacity and bed layout, while being equipped in the same style.
Quadruple Rooms (3 units on the ground floor)
These rooms are suitable for up to 4 guests. Each room has one double bed for two people and a bunk bed for two more. Rooms feature a bathroom with a shower and access to a spacious terrace with seating furniture. Ground floor terraces offer views of the garden, the mountain, and partial sea views.
Triple Rooms (2 units on the first floor)
These rooms are suitable for up to 3 guests. Each room is equipped with one double bed and one single bed. Every room has a private bathroom with a shower and access to a terrace with sea views. The terraces are furnished for outdoor relaxation.
All rooms have a TV, air conditioning, mosquito nets, and basic amenities for a comfortable stay. Guests have access to a shared kitchen on the ground floor for meal preparation, as well as a barbecue area in the courtyard.
Rooms are cleaned daily, and bed linen and towels are changed every three days.
Parking is not available within the courtyard, but street parking is possible in front of the property and its adjacent area.
