• If a reservation is cancelled later or in case of a no-show, the owner of the facility has the right to keep the entire deposit fee, and it will not be returned to the guest.

Description
Sofia and Soul Studios is an accommodation in Lefkada, 1.5 km from the center of Agios Nikitas and 1.8 km from the beach. It is located on the western side of the island, near some of the most beautiful beaches of Lefkada. It offers studios for 2-4 people and a beautifully landscaped yard with a barbecue and private parking.
Accommodation
The building consists of 2 floors and 7 studios with an area of 22m2. Accommodation capacity for 2-4 people. Each studio has a double and a single bed, with the possibility of accommodating a fourth person. It also has a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer and a terrace with a table and chairs. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, two hotplates, and a toaster.
All units are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet and television. Rooms are tidied up daily while cleaning and changing of towels and bed linen are done every three days.
The complex includes a lovely stone-paved yard with lots of greenery and flowers. A brick barbecue and private parking are available to guests.
