Small House Agios Nikolaos is located in a traditional place Agios Nikolaos on the Sithonia peninsula, 850 meters from the nearest beach. It offers accommodation for 4-5 people with a yard and private parking.

Accommodation

Two accommodation units are available.

• Semi-Based Apartment - It has a separate bedroom with a double bed, a living room with two single sofas, a kitchen, and a private bathroom with a shower. The apartment is air-conditioned.

• Maisonette - Consists of two levels. The first level is on the high ground floor and contains a living room with a single sofa and a kitchen. There are two bedrooms on the first floor - one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, along with a private bathroom. There is air conditioning only in one of the bedrooms.

The accommodation is equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, mosquito nets, and a hair dryer. Each unit has a kitchen that includes a stove with an oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster.

Cleaning is not performed during the stay, and spare sets of bed linen and towels are provided, which guests change themselves as needed.

Terraces with tables and chairs are available to guests.

The complex includes a spacious, beautifully organized yard with a barbecue, outdoor furniture, and free private parking.
