• First child (0-12 yrs): Free of charge in all room types and for all periods.
• Second child over 2 yrs and any extra person, daily extra charge 25€.

• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

• All Inclusive (Soft Type): 24€ per adult, 12€ per child (2-12 yrs)

Soft All Inclusive includes:
• Buffet Breakfast and dinner.
• Lunch in the form of snack (one option per person such as pizza, pasta, hot-dog, hamburger, etc.)
• Unlimited consumption in filter coffee, tea, soft drinks, juice, Tsipouro (Traditional Greek Spirit), beer, house wine, from 10.00 to 22.00.
• Coffee Break with filter coffee, tea, cakes, from 16.00 to 17.00.
• Coffees such as Freddo, Cappuccino, Espresso, Frappe, etc., bottled drinks, cocktails, alcoholic drinks come with extra charge.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 14 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, any deposits paid are non-refundable and cannot be used to pay any other reservation.
• In case of no show or departure from the hotel earlier than the scheduled date, the cancellation fees are the 100% of the total reservation amount.
Hotel policies
• The hotel accepts the following credit cards: Amex, Visa, Maestro, MasterCard and Diners.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in all guestrooms and indoor public areas. Smoking is permitted only outdoors and at the rooms’ balconies.

In case the port of arrival at Skopelos Island is different, the additional cost is paid by the guest. Valid on all Rates and Periods. Non-cumulative with other offers. The total cost needs to be paid at the time of the booking and it is non refundable in case of cancellation or booking amendment.

• Non-Refundable Discount: 10% discount on all Rates and Periods for reservations made according to the relevant policy. Description
