Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Sivota Homes Family is located in Sivota, Epirus, 850 meters from Zavia Beach. The complex offers apartments for 3-5 people with a garden and private parking.

Accommodation

All apartments have a separate bedroom with a double or a double and a single bed, while the living room features one or two sofa beds. The kitchen includes a stovetop, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, and an electric kettle, and the private bathroom has a shower or a bathtub, free toiletries, and a hair dryer.

All units are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs. They are cleaned daily, while towels and bed linen are changed every three days.

Guests also have at their disposal terraces with garden views and dining tables. They can relax in the garden and use the shared barbecue. Free private parking is provided, as well as toys for the youngest.
