• Deposit of 50% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Sivota Homes Blue is the accommodation in Sivota, 800m from Gallikos Molos beach and 600m from Zavia beach.

It consists of apartments and studios with air conditioning, internet access, TV, shared kitchen, bathroom with a shower, terraces, garden furniture and a barbecue.

Cleaning is performed every day, and some accommodation units have a washing machine.

Pets are welcome. The re’s no private parking, but it’s possible to park on the street nearby.
