Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus the administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

The Sivota Colors apartment-room complex is located in the center of Sivota village. Access is very easy, just 100m. from the main street of the village. There is ample parking inside the complex's courtyard.

All apartments are ground floor, with terraces and direct access to the lush courtyard by independent entrances. An outdoor barbecue is also available for all our guests. The surrounding trees, plants and flowers offer tranquility and relaxation, as well as cooling off during the hot summer months.

• Sivota Colors consists of 4 studios. All studios consist of a single space which is bedroom and kitchen area and a separate bathroom. They consist of a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a TV, air conditioning and a refrigerator.

Bungalows

• Sivota Colors consists of 3 bungalows in total. It is about 40 square meters. meters. It has a bedroom with a large double bed and a living room - kitchen with a large corner sofa, which can be made into a large double bed or twin. It has a spacious bathroom and terraces, views of the garden and is ideal for families.
