• Note: Tourist tax (2€ per day/per room) not included in regular prices.
• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

The Siviri Rental Houses complex is located in Siviri, on the first peninsula of Halkidiki Greece, in Kassandra and it is just 400 meters away from the wonderful sandy beach.

It consists of 6 separate maisonettes for rent, each is fully equipped on two levels, to feel comfortable and enjoy your holidays.

The rental maisonettes – apartments result to an ideal destinations for families with children or for groups of friends. At the back side of the complex, you can find a green garden with a barbecue to enjoy great moments and events.

Accommodation

The maisonettes – apartments in Siviri Halkidiki are bright and sunny; they have 2 floors and can accommodate 2 – 5 people.

Maisonettes 2-5 people

• On the lower floor is the dining-kitchen with a sofa bed, which can sleep 1 person. On the upper floor (internal staircase) are the two rooms. One master bedroom with double bed and second bedroom with sofa-bed which opens to 2 single beds. Sleeps up 4 people. It also has the bathroom with a shower.

Maisonettes 3-6 people

• On the lower floor is the dining-kitchen with a double sofa-bed, which can sleep 2 people. On the upper floor (internal staircase) are the two rooms. One master bedroom with double bed and second bedroom with sofa-bed which opens to 2 single beds. Sleeps up 4 people. It also has the bathroom with a shower.

Maisonettes 3-6 people (bunk bed)

• On the lower floor is the dining-kitchen with a sofa bed, which can sleep 1 person. On the upper floor (internal staircase) are the two rooms. One master bedroom with double bed (sleeps 2 people) and second bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 bunk bed (sleeps 3 people). Bathroom with a shower locate it between the rooms.

In all houses – maisonettes there are fully equipped kitchen with all cooking utensils, cutlery and an electric stove, an oven and a large fridge.

The maisonettes – apartments have access to a common back yard, in which there is a BBQ as well as a garden table and chairs.
