Cancelation policy
• If a reservation for a period of stay from 20/06 until 15/09 is cancelled at any moment, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• If a reservation for other periods is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Sithonia Lodge Holiday Homes is an accommodation complex in Metamorfosi, on the Sithonia peninsula. About 80 meters from the entrance to the complex is the nearest sandy-pebble beach. Bungalows for 4-5 people are available, as well as a spacious three-story house that can accommodate up to 9 people. The complex includes a garden with private parking.

Each unit has a terrace with outside seating/ dining area, and in front is a lawn where children can play.

The house has three bedrooms - one with a double and two single beds, the second with a double bed (with the possibility of adding an extra foldable bed), and the third with a double and a single bed. The house also offers a living room, 3 bathrooms with a bath or a shower, a kitchen that includes a standard stove with an oven and a large fridge with a freezer, and 2 spacious, private terraces with an outside area for sitting and dining.
All units are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, hair dryer, and mosquito nets. A baby cot is available on request.
Guests have access to a landscaped courtyard with an outdoor shower and free private parking. Pets are welcome.
