Cancelation policy
• If the accommodation unit is canceled up to 60 days before the arrival date, the paid deposit fee will be retained by the owner.
• If the accommodation unit is canceled up to 30 days before the day of arrival, the owner retains 40% of the total value of the reservation.
• If the accommodation unit is canceled up to 14 days before the day of arrival, the owner retains 60% of the total value of the reservation.
• If the accommodation unit is canceled up to 13 days or later before the day of arrival, the owner retains 100% of the total value of the reservation.

Description

Sithon Apartment Hotel is located in the new part of Sarti, on the Sithonia peninsula. It is set 50 meters from the beach, 2 kilometers from the town center, and 200 meters from the nearest store. It offers accommodation for 2-5 people with a small yard and barbecue.

The hotel is of a modest type and is recommended to guests whose priorities are a quiet location and proximity to the beach.

Accommodation

The hotel offers three-bed and five-bed apartments.

Three triple units are located on the second floor. They have a separate bedroom with a double bed with a pull-out single drawer bed.

There are a total of nine five-bed apartments, distributed on the ground floor, first and second floors. They have a bedroom with a double bed, while a room separated by a sliding door features a living area, bunk beds and a drawer bed.

All apartments have a kitchen that includes a two-burner stove, a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kettle, and a coffee maker, a private bathroom with a shower, and a terrace with a seating area and a view of the street and a side view of the sea.

The units are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, safe for storing valuables, and mosquito nets. A hair dryer and a baby cot are available on request. A shared washing machine is available (for an extra charge). The apartments are not cleaned during the stay, towels are changed every 4 nights, and bed linen is changed once a week (or more often if necessary).

The complex includes a small, fenced yard with a barbecue and outdoor seating and dining area. Private parking is not provided, but vehicles can be parked on the street in front of the accommodation. Guests can also rent bicycles.
