• If the accommodation unit is canceled up to 60 days before the arrival date, the deposit fee paid will be returned to the guest (minus EUR 30 administrative costs).
• If the accommodation unit is canceled later or in case of no-show of the guest, the owner of the facility has the right to keep the entire fee for the deposit and it will not be returned to the guest.

Description

Sirius Villa 2 Nikiti is located 260m from the sandy beach in Nikiti, Sithonia, on the Halkidiki peninsula. It can accommodate up to 8 people (6 adults and 2 children). The center of Nikiti is 100m away, while the supermarket is 500m away.

Accommodation

The villa features 3 bedrooms. One room has a double bed, while two bedrooms have two single beds. There is also a living room with a sofa that folds out into a double bed.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a stove with an oven as well as a combined refrigerator. It has a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.

Linens and towels are available to guests. The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning, TV and free Wi-Fi internet. A washing machine is also provided, while an iron and an ironing board are available on request.

The villa has a private garden with a barbecue and parking is possible on the street in front of the house.
