Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Sirens Fresh Studios is a new facility located in Limenas, 1,3km away from the port. They are on 10 minutes walking distance (1km) from centar of Limenas. Supermaket and bakery are 200m away, the sea 150m and Tarsanas beach about 200m away.

Accommodation

It consists of studios (28 - 34m2) that can accommodate up to 2 + 2 people. Sirines Fresh Studios has a total of 8 studios: 4 on the ground floor and 4 on the first floor.

Ground level:

Studio for 2 persons has a double bed, studio for 3 persons has two single beds and folding armchair, and studio for 4 persons has a double bed, single bed and folding armchair.

The floor:

Studio for 2 persons has a double bed, Studio for 3 persons has a double bed and an armchair, two studios for 4 persons (one with double bed, single bed and folding armchair and the other with two double beds).

The kitchen is fully equipped, the studios are new, air-conditioned, with mosquito nets on windows, SAT TV and bathroom with hair dryer.

Bed linen and towels are provided. Towels and linen change is 2-3 times in 10 days. Room cleaning is daily.

Guests have access to an outdoor pool, free wireless internet and free parking.

The building also features a sun terrace.
