Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is
canceled up to 20 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be
100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but
it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description
Sinodinos Deluxe Apartments is located in Afytos, on the Kassandra Peninsula, 600 meters from the main square and 850 meters from the beach. The complex offers accommodation for 2-4 people with a swimming pool and private parking.
Accommodation
The building has apartments and studios distributed in the semi-basement, on the first and second floors.
The semi-basement features:
• Two apartments for 4 people - a separate bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the room with the kitchen;
• One studio for 2 persons - double bed;
• One studio for 3 persons. - double bed and a sofa.
All semi-basement units have terraces with table and chairs, which are 4 steps below the garden level. These units are not cleaned during the stay, Clean towels are provided every two days, and bed linen every 4 days (guests need to change them themselves).
The first and second floors consist of:
• Studios for 2 persons - double bed;
• Junior suite (studio) for 4 persons - double bed and a sofa bed;
• Apartment for 4 people - a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the room with a kitchen.
All units on the first floor have terraces with seating and garden views. In these units, cleaning and towels replacement are done every two days, while bed linen is changed every four days.
The accommodation is air-conditioned (apartments have air conditioning in both rooms) and equipped with television and free Wi-Fi internet. A baby cot, hair dryer, or kettle are available on request.
Each unit has a kitchen that includes a refrigerator and two glass-ceramic hotplates, and a private bathroom with a shower.
The complex includes a garden with a swimming pool and sunbeds. Free private parking with a limited number of spaces is available, and there are parking spaces around the building.
Pets are not allowed.
