Cancelation policy

• If a reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Simple Moments Studio 1 and 2 are located in Skala Sikias on the Sithonia peninsula, just 70 meters from the sea. Thanks to their location, guests have direct access to the beach.

Accommodation

Simple Moments Studio No 1 can accommodate up to 4 guests. The space is open and functionally organized, including a sleeping area, kitchen, dining area, and bathroom. The sleeping area features one double bed and one single bed. An additional foldable bed can be added if needed, allowing accommodation for two adults and two children.

The kitchen is separate and fully equipped (stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, kettle, cookware, kitchen utensils, dining table, high chair). The bathroom is private and equipped with a shower cabin, sink, toilet, and hot water. The studio also features air conditioning, Smart TV, and high-speed Starlink internet.

Simple Moments Studio No 2 is located in the same building as Studio No 1, in a quiet environment with easy access to the beach. This studio can accommodate up to 3 guests and is organized as an open space including a sleeping area, kitchen, dining area, and bathroom.

The sleeping area has one double bed and one single bed, making this studio ideal for couples, small families, or a smaller group of guests.

The kitchen is separate and fully equipped (stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, kettle, cookware, kitchen utensils, dining table, high chair). The bathroom is private and equipped with a shower cabin, sink, toilet, and hot water. The studio also has air conditioning, Smart TV, and high-speed Starlink internet.

Guests have access to a private terrace with partial sea view, ideal for morning coffee, relaxing after the beach, or enjoying the calm surroundings. The property also offers a barbecue area for shared meals outdoors. Smoking and parties are not allowed in the studios.
