Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 61 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Situated in Siviri at the distance 200 metres from the beach, on west of the Kassandra peninsula in Halkidiki, Simeli Home offers all the amenities required for a stress-free family holiday.

Accommodation

This is a two-bedroom apartment with a maximum capacity of 5 guests. It is situated on the high ground floor, which is accessed by six steps. It has two bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a living room.

There are two beds for one person in the second bedroom, a double bed in the first bedroom and two sofas for one person in the living area. A baby cot is provided upon request.

Free Wi-Fi internet, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board and A/C are available to guests staying here. The fully furnished kitchen includes a stove with four glass ceramic hotplates and a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, coffee maker and a toaster.

Small pets are welcome at cost of 100€ per reservation, subject to owner approval.

For stays longer than seven days, the cleaning and the change of bed sheets and towels is done each seventh day with an obligatory extra charge of 50€ per reservation, while for stays shorter than seven days this service isn't provided.
