Cancelation policy

• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If the reservation is cancelled after that, the deposit is not refundable but you may change your booking dated depending on availability.

Description

Sikia Luxury Apartments are located in a quiet part of Sykia, on the Sithonia peninsula, about 5 kilometers from the beach. The complex consists of two apartments with spacious terraces, each accommodating up to 5 people.

Accommodation

Both apartments have the same structure and equipment. Each has two bedrooms - one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The living room features a sofa where a fifth person can sleep.

The kitchen includes a stove with an oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a dining table. There is also a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer.

Accommodation units are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, and mosquito nets. Cleaning of the accommodation and replacement of bed linen and towels are not provided during the stay.

Each apartment has a spacious terrace with an outdoor area for sitting and dining, and a beautiful view of Sykia and the surrounding hills.

Private parking is not available, but vehicles can be parked on the street in front of the accommodation for free.
