• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Sias Cozy House is located in Sykia, on the Sithonia Peninnsula, 480 meters from the beach. The house can accommodate up to 7 guests, including children.

It is recommended for families with children. The private house features a specious fenced yard of 2000m2 with green garden where the kids can enjoy.

Accommodation

The house provides 2 bedrooms with a double bed in each room. A living room offers a double sofa bed that extends and can accommodate up to 3 children, or 2 adults and a child. The kitchen includes a stove, an oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and dishes. There is also a privare bathroom with a shower.

The accommodation is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi and television. Bed linen and towels are provided, and a washing machine is available.

There are two dining areas on the balcony and another one in the courtyard. The guests have at their disposal a barbecue, a private entrance, and a private parking.
