Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Shkalla Villa is located on the island of Thassos, 220 meters from the center of Limenas, and 700 meters from the beach. It offers pleasant and renovated accommodation for 2-3 people and a lovely yard with a barbecue.

Accommodation

The complex consists of three studios set on the ground floor. The building is located on a hill and can be reached by stairs.

The studios have a double and an extra drawer bed, a kitchenette with a small refrigerator and a two-burner stove, and a private bathroom with a shower. The third person can accommodate comfortably, but there would be a little less space.

The units are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, a television, a safe, an iron, and a hairdryer. Cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels are done every three days.

In front of each studio is a partially separated sitting area. Guests have at their disposal a yard, a shared barbecue, and an outdoor kitchen. Guests can also use the shared washing machine free of charge.

Private parking is not available, but cars can be parked on the streets around the accommodation.
