Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, 15% of the deposit will be refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Sera-Nata Apartments has a studio for four people (Loft Studio), apartment for four people (Memories Apartment) and apartment for five people (Olive Tree Apartment).

Loft Studio has one double bed on the gallery and a living room with a folding sofa bed for one or two more people. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom as well.

Memories Apartment has a seperate bedroom with one double bed and a living room with two sofa beds (one of which has an extra drawer bed) for two or three more people. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom.

OliveTree Apartment has two bedrooms with one double bed in each and a living room with a folding sofa bed for one or two more people. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom.

The fully equipped kitchen units contain a small oven with hotplates, a refrigerator with a freezer as well as all necessary dishes and utensils.

All units have private terraces. air conditioning, and washing machines.
