Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

In Vourvourou, which is famous for its natural beauty, it’s crystal clear and all blue water, the all green forest and the wonderful sandy beaches, there are the Seaview villas which are built amphitheatrically in a particularly privileged position and they have a view to the little islands of Vourvourou and the imposing Mount Athos at the backround.

Accommodation

Seaview Villas complex contains of five detached maisonettes: Nireus, Poseidon (with pool), Mermaid, Proteus (with pool), Triton.

Every maisonette is built on two levels and has unimpeded view to the sea. On the lower level there is a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining room, a sitting room with two sofas, one of which is transformed into a double bed and a WC while upstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed, a second room with a bed that is transformed into a double bed too or two single beds and in the bathroom there is a shower.

Every one of them has its own independent surrounding area of 350 m² to 500 m² sown with grass with a barbecue pavilion and a parking space.

All of the maisonettes are suitable to accommodate up to six people during the summer and the winter months.
