• A deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid on the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus the administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

The “Seaview Studios” complex is located in Kriopigi in Kassandra, an amphitheatric village with a unique view of the Toroneos gulf at the first peninsula of Halkidiki. They are 81 km from Thessaloniki Macedonia airport (SKG) and just 6 km from Kallithea village with the famous nightlife.

Accommodation

With unique views of the Toroneos gulf, Sithonia and Mount Athos, “Seaview Studios” are fully equipped and can accommodate from 2 to 4 people.

Apartments - 1st floor

• The family apartments are located on the 1st floor of the complex and consist of two rooms. One bedroom with double bed and a living room - kitchen with 1 bed. All apartments - studios have unlimited views of the magnificent bay of Toroneos. Can accommodate 2 or 3 adults or 2 adults + 1 kid.

Family Apartments - 1st floor

Our family apartments are located on the 1st floor of the complex and consist of two rooms. One bedroom with a double bed and living room-kitchen with or sofa-bed. All rooms have unlimited views of the magnificent gulf of Toroneos and access to the garden. Apartments can accommodate 2 adults + 2 children or 3-4 people.

Apartments - 2nd floor

• The apartments are located on the 2nd floor of the complex and consist of two rooms. One bedroom with a double bed and living room -kitchen with or sofa-bed. All rooms have unlimited views of the magnificent gulf of Toroneos. They can accommodate from 2 adults +2 children or 3-4 people.

Ekonomični apartmani na odličnoj lokaciji. U centru Kriopigija, ali orijentisani tako da imate osećaj da ste u prirodi. Mi smo bili smešteni u apartmanu na prvom spratu, pored Bistroa, pa smo prvi dan čuli buku, a da li smo se posle navikli ili gosti bistroa nisu više bili bučni, više nam nije smetalo. U dvorištu je vlasnica Magdalena postavila aparat za kafu, sa Starbucks kapsulama, lepo za početak dana. A uveče, uz divnu muziku iz Bistroa, pogled na more prava milina. Preporuka.
